Mac Hackney
Accounting Assistant IIIMac E. Hackney is an Accounting Assistant in Accounts Payable for The University of Alabama. In his role, he is responsible for auditing Concur Travel, Entertainment, and Reimbursement Expense Reports and Concur Invoices while following all Federal Regulations, State Laws, and University Policies and Procedures.
Mac has over thirty years of experience in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and purchasing card administration in both the public and private sectors. Before coming to the University of Alabama, Mac worked with the City of Suwanee, Georgia, and Time Warner Cable’s Atlanta Headquarters.
Mac is an active member of OCTSA. He is an avid traveler and amateur photographer.
